90 NIGHT COMFORT GUARANTEE – Your new mattress will take time to adjust to your body. You should sleep on it for a minimum of 30 nights to allow for this adjustment period. However, in the event that you are not comfortable within 90 nights from your original mattress’s delivery date, we will do our best to match you to the right mattress. You may exchange your Tempur-pedic or Sealy Conform mattress without any restocking fee. (Exchange must be at least equal to 50% of the original purchase price) You may exchange all other mattresses with a restocking fee of $149.00. A mattress protector must be purchased along with your mattress purchase to receive the 90 day comfort guarantee. We are unable to exchange any mattress that is stained, made unsanitary or otherwise damaged by you under the 90 Night Comfort Guarantee. We highly recommend using a waterproof mattress protector to help keep your new mattress sanitary. Do not remove the law tag from the mattress or foundation; removing the law tag will void the 90 Night Comfort Guarantee. Subject to the above restrictions, our 90 Night Comfort Guarantee is valid for 1 exchange, which must occur during the 90-day period from the original mattress delivery date. Please note that our 90 Night Comfort Guarantee is not valid on warranty exchanges, clearance merchandise, floor models, pillows, mattress protectors, power/adjustable bases, furniture or other accessories.
